Who is Admedo?

Founded in 2013 by online advertising experts Nick Moutter and Laura Bowen, our mission is to bring greater transparency and control to online advertising. We developed our industry-leading proprietary Demand Side Platform (DSP) to give you a straightforward way to benefit from Programmatic Advertising.

We’re shaking up the online advertising industry. We’ve evolved into a fast growing international business, with a talented team of global experts who share a commitment to cleaning up the trickery and nonsense that marketers have been dealing with.  We invest in our technology, to ensure it meets your needs today and tomorrow.

An online advertising expert with over 10 years international experience in the industry, Nick is passionate about the power of programmatic advertising to make display advertising a stronger channel for all businesses. Prior to co-founding Admedo, Nick held senior roles in the automotive and sports industries, working with major brands including Major League Soccer.

Laura is focused on supporting our rapidly growing customer base, in addition to responsibility for Admedo’s day-to-day business operations.

Laura has over a decade of experience in the print and digital advertising industries, both on the creative and operational side. Prior to co-founding Admedo, Laura worked as Operations Director at Xpand Digital, as well as holding a number of senior creative and marketing roles at established digital marketing businesses.

Guy Abbott

Head of Enterprise

As Global Head of Enterprise at Admedo, Guy is responsible for leading our large enterprise partnerships. 

With over 20 years' industry experience, he is a passionate evangelist of how programmatic technology is helping drive campaign effectiveness and performance for advertisers.

Prior to joining Admedo, Guy held senior strategic roles across the international broadcast, media and content sectors, with industry leaders such as CNN, ITV and Quill Content.

Marco Santos

CTO

As CTO, Marco leads the product development of our industry-leading solutions and our engineering teams.

A technology veteran of 18 years, Marco’s experience ranges from software development, architecture and leadership, to consultancy and tech evangelism.  A significant part of that time has been focused on online advertising, including senior technology positions in Search Marketing, and both buy and sell-side of digital media.

Charles Talbot

Commercial Director

Charles is responsible for developing our strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth.

He holds over 17 years' worth of digital media experience, across both the media owner and agency sides of the market.

Prior to working at Admedo, Charles led commercial, client and delivery teams for some of the market's leading brands such as Overture (the pioneers of paid search), Yahoo!, Summit Media, WPP and Captify.

UK Managing Director

Khalil holds over 20 years’ worth of media expertise and a portfolio of lucrative business launches. As Managing Director at Admedo, his focus is on the company’s operational and commercial activity, leading both with his industry-recognised expertise.

Khalil has pioneered numerous ventures, including the founding of Excite, Ask Jeeves and Unanimis, and the co-founding of OpenX with his Unanimis partners. He is also responsible for the birth of IASH, the trade body that now sits under the IAB umbrella in the UK.

A CIMA-qualified accountant with over 6 years experience across the financial discipline, Carolina has a passion for streamlining business processes and driving efficiency. Prior to joining Admedo, she held senior financial roles in both the marketing and publishing sectors, with brands such as more2.

An online advertising expert, Preston brings several years’ experience of helping businesses achieve success with their digital marketing campaigns. He was co-founder and Head of Campaign Strategy & Agency Development at Crowdflux.

An online marketing entrepreneur, Steven has a proven track record of helping marketing technology businesses to grow, having successfully led affiliate network buy.at to become one of the UK's fastest growing businesses, leading to its acquisition by AOL's advertising.com. He was also the CEO of award-winning SaaS marketing vendor Linkdex, helping them grow to an international presence.

Marc was UK Managing Director of PR software business Vocus, and continues in this role at Cision following their acquisition of Vocus. Prior to this, he held senior sales and marketing positions at Pure360.

As a Non-Executive Director, Chris plays a key role in defining our strategic direction and advising the Admedo management team. A proven business leader and entrepreneur, Chris has a wealth of experience in successfully growing start-up businesses. A former managing director of Travelsupermarket.com, he grew the business from its foundation to a turnover of over £22m. He was also UK and European Managing Director of leading price comparison site Kelkoo.
